1 Contract
Payment must be made in full for any goods/items before the order can be accepted and the order shipped.
When the full payment is received the order will be confirmed via email to the email address provided by you on your website order.
The contract only comes into existence once we confirm our acceptance of your order.
2 Ownership of Rights
All rights are reserved, including copyright and imagery on this website which are owned by or licensed to MOKFIELD LIMITED.
You may not modify or distribute including by repost, anything on this website for any purpose. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non – commercial use, is explicitly prohibited without our permission. Some images on this website have been included with our customer’s permission.

3 Accuracy of content
Care has been taken to endeavour to ensure that the content of this website, in particular prices quoted, are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. MOKFIELD LIMITED takes no liability for colour variation on product photographs which may differ on mobile, laptop and PC screens. Any specifications, weights, and dimensions published about the goods are approximate only and are used within our shipping parameters to calculate shipping costs.
4 Making a Purchase and Availability
Online purchases made from MOKFIELD LIMITED.
Items from the online shop should be added to your shopping basket including confirming quantities.
When you are ready to make your purchase, click on “checkout” and fill out the details needed to complete your order. Any fields marked with an Asterix must be filled in order for the order to complete.
Goods placed on ‘pre-order’ are allocated as soon as they arrive in stock. Delivery dates for pre-ordered items are approximate and supplier dependant. MOKFIELD LIMITED aims to ship pre-ordered items within 5 days of their arrival in stock. Once shipped an email will be sent confirming that the item has been sent.
You are able to cancel orders anytime before the item is shipped. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5 Promotions
On occasions MOKFIELD LIMITED may run promotions and sales. Only one promotional offer can be used at checkout. Promotional offers cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other offers. We reserve the right to cease sales and promotions at any time and without prior warning.
6 Acknowledgement and Processing of your Order
All orders will need an email address to be completed. This email address will be used to confirm your order and to confirm shipping. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered. Email addresses submitted at the time of order may also be used to advise you of promotions, news and sales.
7 Ordering Mistakes
If you make a mistake on your order please contact us at service@mokfield.com. If the order has not been sent for packaging we will wherever possible amend the order, however this cannot be guaranteed. If the order has been sent for packaging we are unlikely to be able to amend the order.
8 Product Pricing & Descriptions
Care is taken to try to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of all the products given on the website are accurate. Although care is taken, there may be an occasion when information on the website does not reflect the final information at the point of sale.
We do not provide any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. Product information on the website is solely to provide an idea of the goods they describe and do not form part of the contract between you and us and are not intended to be binding.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT and are in £ sterling. Prices exclude delivery which is calculated separately at checkout. Delivery charges are based on the size, weight and the fragility of an item. Shipping charges are provided prior to you completing the order.
9 Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Paypal or our payment processing merchant. All card information is encrypted. We do not store any credit card information on the MOKFIELD LIMITED website or servers at any time.
Incorrect payment information may cause delays. We accept no liability for these delays. If we unable to obtain full payment for the goods ordered the order/contract will be deemed cancelled. Further deliveries may also be suspended. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
10 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods, size, fragility and weight and cannot be refunded. They are set out clearly under the “Shipping” section on our website.
10.1 We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. Please ensure the address and postcode is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted but delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependent on our courier service. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
10.2 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
10.3 Please measure carefully prior to order to ensure that any goods ordered will fit in the intended location. We accept no liability for items not fitting either in their intended location or not fitting through the route to arrive at their intended location.
If an item does not fit in its intended location and has to be returned, this will be at your expense. This includes when it is necessary to return an item via our delivery service.
10.4 Our delivery service is to the door of the address provided at the time of the order. We will not deliver or install any item into alternative rooms or other final locations. The responsibility for unpacking, moving and or installing any items remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
11 Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
12 Cancellation Rights
The vast majority of our customers will be delighted with their purchase however we recognise that there may be occasions when you wish to cancel or return an item.
12.1 If you are a UK/EU consumer, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) days following your receipt of the goods or the date on which we begin provision of the services.
12.2 Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation and inform us (by post, phone or e-mail only) within 14 days of delivery. You must return the products to us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receipt of your order) after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
We will not accept the return of any damaged or incorrectly supplied products where you fail to notify us of this within fourteen days of receiving them. Before returning items you must contact us by email with details of your order, request for refund or exchange and we will be able to authorise the return of your goods. On receipt of your returns we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days. If an exchange is required this may take longer if we need to order in the necessary replacement items.
12.3 Return of Unwanted Items: If you want to cancel products that are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within fourteen days, starting the day after you receive the order. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. Products should be returned at your cost, securely packaged within 14 days of receipt of your order. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged. Unfortunately, we will not refund shipping costs for unwanted items.
13 Cancellation of your Order by Us
13.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
13.2 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
